Dowden Financial Group provides mobile notary services to the southern Tarrant and northern Johnson County areas. We service Burleson, Crowley, Mansfield, Joshua, Rendon, and the surrounding area.

Our on-staff notaries are authorized by the State of Texas to take acknowledgments, protest instruments permitted by law to be protested (primarily negotiable instruments and bills and notes), administer oaths and affirmations, take depositions, and certify copies of documents not recordable in the public records.

We can meet you at your place of business or another prearranged venue to provide the necessary services. We offer evening and weekend hours…but always by appointment.

Although fees for notary services are regulated by the Secretary of State (and are quite reasonable), please note that trip charges are billed separately and are not part of the state notary fees.
