Our story
Bryant Dowden, our principle, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from LSU and has held senior-level positions with companies in retail, finance, investments, technology, insurance, manufacturing, and education. He has championed leadership teams in organizations that have received small business of the year and employer of the year awards. Bryant also started, and sold, a multi-million dollar financial services organization and was awarded the coveted Entrepreneurship Excellence award. His expansive business acumen, Six Sigma certification, and strategic business partnerships bring Dowden Financial Group to the forefront of small business consultancy in Texas.
